The family room consists of two apartments, each with a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and desk. The double beds are very wide, but cannot be separated. Both rooms are next to each other and share a small corridor. This shared hallway has a lockable door to the communal hallway.

In your free time, you can, for example, hike or cycle in the vineyards. A longer walk to Marienburg Castle or the chapel is worthwhile for the magnificent views alone. Furthermore, wine tastings in the Würzburg Residence Cellar and a visit to the Residence Museum are highly recommended.
Vicinity
The Welz House is located in the heart of the old town. Supermarkets, pharmacies, the main train station and tram stops are within walking distance.
Some university buildings are within walking distance. There is a direct bus connection to Hubland (journey time: approx. 20 minutes).
