Our guesthouse features 20 comfortable single and double rooms, a conference room, a lecture hall, a small library, a shared kitchen with a lounge area, and an utility room. Each accommodation includes beds, wardrobes, workspaces, kitchenettes and upscale bathrooms. The stylish rooms of the Welz-Haus are furnished with modern wooden furniture and decorated in warm colors. Guests also have access to several exclusive lounge areas and a bright, contemporary kitchen.

Fees for out-of-hours services:
If the property management is contacted by telephone outside business hours because the key card has been forgotten in the room, a fee of 20Euros is payable. If the property manager is called by the guests outside of business hours and has to drive to the accommodation, a fee of 100 euros will be charged.
Water quality
The water quality in the Welz-Haus corresponds to drinking water quality.
Change of linen
Bed linen and towels are changed regularly every 4-6 weeks. If the guest wishes a more frequent change of linen, a flat rate of 8€ will be charged.
